Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum algorithms to support our 2026 product roadmap.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing concepts into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and define technical strategies that align with our long-term business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize existing systems for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in cloud environments.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes of futuristic solutions to validate concepts before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML and quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
