Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms designed for the 2026 technology landscape.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems and emerging hardware.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for low-latency environments, ensuring real-time performance on edge devices.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on quantum computing research or advanced neural networks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with quantum simulation libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
