Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with quantum computing protocols for the 2026 era.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Enhance model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications using advanced optimization techniques.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on generative AI, reinforcement learning, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and hardware specialists to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement responsible AI frameworks to mitigate bias and ensure transparency in all deployed models.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Guide the engineering team in adopting best practices for modern software development and AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
