Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI models for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring high scalability and low latency.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid algorithms into existing neural networks.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize deep learning frameworks for edge deployment and real-time data processing.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance for AI model deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and system architecture reviews to ensure robustness and security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries and hybrid quantum-classical models is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
