Responsibilities
- Lead the Vision 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating advanced Artificial Intelligence and quantum computing solutions to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the development of distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time quantum simulations.
- Research & Innovation: Collaborate with R&D teams to explore emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, machine learning engineering, or quantum computing development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq). Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.
