Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for large-scale AI model training and inference.
- Algorithm Development: Research and develop novel quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems in real-time.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between quantum processors and classical cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and error correction.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research Publication: Collaborate with academic institutions and publish findings in top-tier AI and Quantum Computing conferences (NeurIPS, Quantum, etc.).
- Performance Tuning: Continuously optimize system latency and throughput to meet enterprise-grade SLAs.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Quantum Computing or Advanced Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Qiskit/Cirq. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) is required.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
