Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of AI and Quantum Computing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Analyze emerging industry trends and competitor technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and quantum researchers.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and quantum algorithm integration.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, quantum gates, and quantum error correction.
- Proven experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
