Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Spearhead the development of hybrid neural-quantum systems capable of solving complex computational problems beyond classical computing limits.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical AI integration.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy high-fidelity prototypes for next-gen autonomous agents and predictive analytics engines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and industry partners to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven ability to design large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
