Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of hybrid AI-Quantum systems, ensuring seamless integration of classical ML pipelines with quantum processors.
- System Optimization: Optimize algorithms for quantum supremacy and ensure scalability for 2026 enterprise demands.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into new quantum error correction methods and their application in generative AI models.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Protocol Development: Develop and implement secure communication protocols for distributed AI agents in a quantum environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Computational Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Quantum Computing or advanced distributed systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems involving high-dimensional data and uncertainty.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects from conception to deployment.
