Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement high-performance machine learning models and quantum interface protocols to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Quantum Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum circuits and algorithms using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks to solve complex computational problems.
- System Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency of existing neural networks and quantum systems, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct research on emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, physicists, and software engineers to drive product development.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Quantum Proficiency: Strong experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and a solid understanding of quantum mechanics principles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
