Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining milestones for AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical quantum algorithms and practical software engineering.
- Ensure system security and ethical AI compliance for global deployment.
- Prototype autonomous agents for complex problem-solving scenarios.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions.
