Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of supporting enterprise-grade workloads with zero-latency requirements.
- Research and prototype integration methods for quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the technical migration of legacy systems to 2026-ready infrastructure standards, ensuring security and compliance.
- Optimize neural network models for hardware accelerators and emerging silicon architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategy and roadmap for future product releases.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern data manipulation libraries.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a demonstrable ability to learn them rapidly.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and automated deployment strategies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
