Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Define and maintain the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI and quantum research with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) development for hybrid quantum-classical algorithms and advanced neural networks.
- Technical Vision: Mentor senior engineers and lead architectural reviews to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Industry Innovation: Stay ahead of global tech trends, specifically focusing on the advancements expected by 2026, including quantum error correction and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, long-term technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
