Responsibilities

- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity, security, and high performance.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI practices and global compliance standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, and deep learning frameworks.
- Experience with quantum algorithm development or simulation tools (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-stakes environments.
