Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in autonomous systems and biotech
- Author patents and publish research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science)
- Mentor junior engineers through our AI Academy program
- Collaborate with government agencies on ethical AI frameworks
- Optimize models for edge deployment in 5G/6G environments
- Develop novel approaches to explainable AI and bias mitigation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in machine learning with published research in top conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record deploying AI at scale in production environments
- Familiarity with 2026's emerging tech stack: neuromorphic chips, photonic processors
- Strong background in ethics, fairness, and responsible AI development
