Responsibilities
- Architect & Optimize: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Research & Publication: Conduct high-impact research, publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.), and open-source novel methodologies.
- Model Training: Oversee the end-to-end training pipeline, from data curation and pre-training to fine-tuning and rigorous evaluation.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Deployment: Collaborate with MLOps teams to ensure models are production-ready, efficient, and secure.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of Transformer architectures and NLP.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
