Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI research initiatives specifically focused on the 2026 technological horizon.

- Data Governance: Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics, and security in AI model training.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale model inference pipelines.
- Vision: Strong understanding of emerging AI trends and the ability to anticipate technological shifts relevant to the 2026 era.
