Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale applications.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify novel algorithms and architectures.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
