Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development efforts focused on the 2026 product roadmap, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize deep learning architectures to achieve state-of-the-art performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Data Strategy: Oversee the data pipeline strategy, ensuring high-quality training data and robust model evaluation frameworks.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate technical research into production-ready solutions.
- Publication: Contribute to internal white papers and, where applicable, publish findings at top-tier AI conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production models.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
