Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and production-grade AI models using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focusing on generative AI, reinforcement learning, and the integration of quantum computing concepts.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Identify emerging technologies and define the technical strategy for the 2026 product suite to ensure market leadership.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business value.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Deep Learning: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
