Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation neural architectures for 2026 roadmap goals.
- Conduct high-level research on large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable production code.
- Publish findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals to establish industry thought leadership.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of mathematical foundations including linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Experience with large-scale distributed training and optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
