Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of research projects from hypothesis formulation to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate advanced research findings into scalable consumer products.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Evaluate and select the latest open-source tools and frameworks for AI development.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformers, and Generative AI.
- Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed venues.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
