Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to commercialize breakthrough AI applications
- Develop scalable pipelines for real-time multimodal AI processing
- Publish peer-reviewed research and contribute to open-source AI ecosystems
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and tech talks
- Secure patents for proprietary AI algorithms and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in MLOps and distributed AI system design
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
