Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement novel neural architectures specifically tailored for AGI capabilities, including reasoning, planning, and multimodal understanding.
- Optimize Training Pipelines: Spearhead the development of efficient training and inference pipelines using distributed computing frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Kubernetes).
- Safety & Alignment: Research and implement techniques for RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) and constitutional AI to ensure robust model alignment.
- Data Strategy: Curate and synthesize large-scale datasets that drive the evolution of autonomous agents.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision with a focus on Transformers and attention mechanisms.
- Programming: Exceptional proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Experience: 5+ years of research experience in top-tier tech companies or academic institutions, with a track record of published papers in major AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Future-Ready Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate emerging trends in AI and apply them to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
