Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for large-scale language modeling.
- Optimize model training pipelines and inference latency for high-traffic production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge research into deployable features.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field and contribute to the company's technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (e.g., Ray, Horovod) and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or maintaining a strong open-source portfolio.
