Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement cutting-edge neural architectures tailored for 2026 scalability and performance benchmarks.
- AI Safety & Alignment: Lead research into Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and constitutional AI to ensure robust, safe, and unbiased systems.
- Publish & Patent: Contribute to high-impact academic publications and secure patents for novel algorithms and methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and work closely with product teams to translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in training pipelines and inference latency to reduce compute costs while maximizing output quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong mathematical background in linear algebra and calculus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Research Skills: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or leading internal R&D initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle ambiguous problems and innovate under tight constraints.
