Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning models for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Lead a high-performing team of research engineers and data scientists in conducting rigorous experiments.
- Publish peer-reviewed research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Ensure model transparency, safety, and ethical alignment with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into deployable products.
- Optimize training pipelines for efficiency and scalability on distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research roles, with a proven track record of publications.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and large language models.
- Strong experience with distributed training frameworks (Horovod, Ray) and GPU acceleration.
