Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term research roadmap for the 2026 Vision initiative, focusing on AGI and Neural Scaling Laws.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to translate theoretical models into scalable production systems.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish thought leadership.
- Optimize deep learning models for efficiency, accuracy, and reduced computational cost.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical culture of innovation within the organization.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify high-value AI use cases for the 2026 product cycle.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or natural language processing.
