Job Description
We are on the precipice of a technological revolution. As we look toward 2026, the boundaries between human cognition and machine intelligence are dissolving. OmniFuture AI is seeking a visionary Senior AI Research Scientist to lead our next-generation Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) initiatives. If you are passionate about building the infrastructure for the future of intelligence, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will not just be using existing tools; you will be architecting the systems that will define the next decade of technology. You will work with a world-class team of engineers and ethicists to push the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Neural Architectures: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models capable of generalizing across disparate domains, preparing our infrastructure for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on emergent behaviors, reasoning, and multi-modal learning in AI systems.
- Optimize Performance: Push the limits of computational efficiency, ensuring our models run on edge devices and massive clusters with minimal latency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure our AGI systems align with human values and safety protocols.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams and engineers to translate theoretical research into tangible, high-impact products.
- Publication & Mentorship: Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) and mentor junior researchers within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research and development within top-tier tech companies, research labs, or academic institutions.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven track record of publishing research papers.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning with a focus on scaling to AGI-level complexity.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-level problems and drive projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
