Role Overview:
You will be at the forefront of artificial intelligence, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI systems. You will not only build models but also set the strategic technical direction for our R&D division.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art foundation models, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Define the technical roadmap and research priorities to align with the company's vision for 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier AI conferences.
- Optimize model performance for real-world latency and throughput requirements.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or open-sourcing significant AI tools.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
