Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our upcoming generation of AI agents and robotics platforms.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput data streams and real-time decision making.
- Research Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate cutting-edge advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural-symbolic AI.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment and tuning of models to ensure sub-millisecond latency in production environments.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI systems are safe, transparent, and unbiased.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI architecture or machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX is required.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, undefined problems in dynamic environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-stakes projects on time.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Strong interest in emerging technologies including quantum computing interfaces and edge AI.
