Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI-driven product development leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable machine learning architectures and deep learning models for enterprise solutions.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact AI features.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging AI technologies (LLMs, Computer Vision).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in all implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
