Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Lead the architectural design of high-performance AI systems capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and prototype development for emerging AI technologies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate third-party AI platforms and APIs to ensure Chronos Dynamics remains at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML engineering or strategic planning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of planning for long-term technological trends (5+ year horizon) with a specific focus on 2026 readiness.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems with innovative, scalable technical solutions.
