Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of our long-term AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design robust, secure, and scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling enterprise-level data loads.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics) and evaluating their applicability to our products.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think strategically about technology deployment and its impact on business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading high-performance engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
