Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, mitigating, and resolving AI bias and safety risks across all product lines.
- Define long-term ethical guidelines for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, and Quantum Computing.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Public Policy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in AI strategy, ethics, risk management, or compliance.
- Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving change on complex technical and ethical issues.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and current Generative AI technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear policy language for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and regulatory shifts.
