Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures, including deep learning models and large language models (LLMs), tailored for high-performance computing environments.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, ensuring our technology stack remains at the vanguard of the industry.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training pipelines, focusing on reducing latency and improving computational efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
