Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure architectures using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
- Establish best practices for model governance, security, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product offerings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems at scale.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerization (Docker, Helm).
