Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and machine learning to maintain our competitive edge.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers in developing next-generation neural architectures.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Drive innovation in autonomous systems and predictive analytics models.
- Present technical visions to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for major technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of forecasting technological trends and aligning R&D efforts with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in dynamic environments.
