Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide technical decisions across the product lifecycle.
- Innovation Strategy: Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive competitive advantage.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and review processes to maintain excellence.
- System Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize core systems to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing and deploying on AWS or Azure.
- System Design: Strong grasp of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
