Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural architectures for hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of AI agents and IoT ecosystems.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to reduce latency in decentralized data grids.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define technical specifications for holographic interface prototypes.
- Ensure data sovereignty and security protocols within next-gen cloud infrastructures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Proven expertise in quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP), and edge computing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, startup environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
