Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed system architectures that support AI-driven workloads and high-traffic applications.
- Future-Proofing: Proactively identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Web3, Edge Computing) and define strategies to integrate them into our existing stack.
- Cloud Strategy: Drive the optimization of cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure, focusing on cost reduction, security compliance, and performance scalability.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops to elevate the technical standard of the team.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and 2026 vision.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- AI Integration: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines into production environments.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex scalability and performance issues.
