Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and drive the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and futuristic scalability requirements.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems with a focus on high availability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration of emerging technologies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with product managers, C-suite executives, and external partners to communicate technical roadmaps and secure buy-in.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions comply with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Emerging Tech: Proven track record of working with AI/ML infrastructure or futuristic computing paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and deliver elegant solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
