Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision and architecture for the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design scalable, high-performance systems that can handle projected growth and complex user demands.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct architectural reviews and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and security.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development process.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems design, or engineering.
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects or product development lifecycles.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
