Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical roadmap for AI capabilities targeting the 2026 deployment cycle.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-impact AI projects from conception to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
