Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Execute inventory audits with RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional loading/unloading operations
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Train new associates on cold storage procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Arizona driver's license
