Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Safely load/unload trucks using proper pallet jack techniques
- Manage inventory counts and cycle counts with WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train new operators on equipment operation
- Optimize storage layouts for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Forklift operator license (WA state)
- Proficient with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
