Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA and company protocols
- Accurately inventory, organize, and transport goods within our 250,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain detailed logs for inventory movements and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Train junior staff on safe operating procedures and equipment usage
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) technology
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
