Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload shipments using OSHA-compliant techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and preventive maintenance
- Train junior operators on warehouse protocols and equipment handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience (valid OSHA certification required)
- Forklift certifications (Sit-Down/Stand-Up/Reach Truck)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
