Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse settings
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain precise inventory records in WMS systems
- Train junior operators on safety protocols
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
