Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials throughout 250,000 sq ft facility
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanning technology
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation for inbound/outbound shipments
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience with valid certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Proficient in RF scanning systems and warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy above 99.5%
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
